The Nourishing Nest is designed to create a deeply personalized experience-one where you feel fully supported, never rushed, and gently cared for in this meaningful season of motherhood.

At this time, this is a self-pay practice. This allows me the opportunity to prioritize time, presence, and continuity of care for you and your baby-without the limitations often set by insurance.

I am thoughtfully working toward becoming in-network with select insurance providers and will share updates as this becomes available.

In the meantime:

• Payment is due at the time of your visit 
• I am happy to provide a detailed superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance 
• I accept cash, checks, credit cards, HSA/FSA
